Tissue culture is being multiplied in a laboratory. The lab environment is particularly hygienic. The plants are breeded in small closed tubs on a breeding ground from small parts of plant (usually the flower buds). This needs to be repeated several times in order to gain enough material, which takes approximately three-quarter of a year.
